
Dallas James Pritt
Camp Director & Choreography Clinician
Dallas James Pritt is currently an Equity Principal Actor at Walt Disney World and can be seen in the Frozen show at Hollywood Studios. He also recently released his debut single, ‘Somehow (Beautiful To Me)’ with renowned musical theatre composer Joey Contreras. The song and music video has earned thousands of views and has played on show tune radio stations across the world. The past 13 years in the show choir world, Dallas has worked as a choreographer, show designer, and vocal coach for ensembles in 13 states, and has been a clinician/adjudicator for about 45 competitions. His groups have won many awards including Overall Grand Champions, Best Choreography, Best Show Design, and Best Overall Effect along with becoming consistent finalists and placing nationally. He is the recipient of the national 2018 FAME Aspire Award for Best New Choreographer, after also being nominated in 2017. As an actor, singer, and dancer, he has been seen across the country at various regional theatres, theme parks, and on television. He is most recognized from the film, 'A Heart's Calling’, the Toyota Tacoma Mall Terrain and Curology Pimple commercials, and co-starring as Chet alongside Billy Ray Cyrus in season two of 'Still The King' on CMT. Dallas holds a BFA in Musical Theatre after studying at Roosevelt University's Chicago College of Performing Arts and Lipscomb University's College of Entertainment and the Arts.
Dr. Kay Dick
Educator Coordinator & Vocal Clinician
Dr. Kay Dick brings over 40 years of experience as an educator, conductor, and scholar to her role as Associate Professor of Music Education at Lee University. Before joining the Lee faculty, she served as Assistant Professor of Choral Music Education and Worship Leadership at Union University, where her research in cross-cultural teaching inspired unity concerts, intergenerational choral festivals, inclusive choirs for students with disabilities, and international collaborations across Europe and Africa. A passionate advocate for music education at every level, Dr. Dick has taught in public, private, and homeschool settings, and spent over a decade directing the award-winning Out of the Blue show choir at Chelsea High School in Alabama. Under her leadership, the group earned national recognition for outstanding vocals, choreography, and show design, and Kay also received honors such as the national FAME Aspire Best New Director Award, multiple Outstanding Achievement Awards from the Mayor of Chelsea, and recognition from Alabama Governor Kay Ivey for contributions to the arts. Known for her excellence, innovation, and heart for students, Dr. Dick continues to inspire young performers and educators through her commitment to musical artistry and community connection.


Jason Johnson
Choreography Clinician
Jason Johnson is a professional singer, dancer, and choreographer. He is a graduate of Ball State University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in both Choral and Instrumental Music Education. While at Ball State he was a five year member, choreographer, and dance captain of the nationally-renowned Ball State Singers under the direction of Dr. Fritz Mountford. This season will mark Jason’s 35th year choreographing competitive show choirs, and during this time his groups have consistently been finalists, as well as honored with “Grand Champion” and “Best Choreography” awards. In addition to choreographing high school and university groups, Jason has also choreographed for Cedar Point, Radisson Cruise Lines, and the Steve Gatlin Christmas Show in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Jason has been seen in the national tours of the Broadway Musicals “Thoroughly Modern Millie” and “FOSSE” where he was a featured performer of the national and international companies. He has also performed for Opryland Productions, Busch Gardens, Cedar Point, Holland America Cruise Line, several regional musical theaters across the country, and has been featured twice as the opening act for Kenny Rogers.
Carla Doles
Vocal Clinician
Carla Doles has been involved in the show choir world since the late 70s. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Choral Music Education followed by a Masters degree in Secondary Choral Music Education from Indiana University. Carla began her teaching career at Carroll High School Ft. Wayne, Indiana where she started the Show Choir program and remained there for 28 years building the program to consistent, well-known excellence. In 2004 Carla left Carroll to pursue building the choral program at Norwell HS. Her groups at Norwell quickly established a strong reputation on the Show Choir circuit as “Small but Mighty”and helped to establish the category of the Small Mixed division on the Contest circuit. Carla’s groups consistently received Grand Champion titles with several undefeated seasons in the Small Mixed division as well as being consistent finalists at FAME and HEART OF AMERICA Nationals. Carla left Norwell Spring of 2021 after 17 years as head choral director for both Middle and High School choral programs. After her time at Norwell, she became a co-director at Northridge High School and now provides clinics and adjudicates show choir competitions across the Midwest.


Terry Voss
Vocal Clinician
Terry Voss taught at Totino-Grace High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota for 29 years before retiring in 2019. He earned his BME from Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin and a Master’s in the Science of Teaching and Research from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, and previously taught in Augusta, Wisconsin and at Bishop Garrigan High School in Algona, Iowa. At Totino-Grace, Terry served as director of Concert Choir, Honors Concert Choir, Chorale, Chamber Singers, Men’s Chorus, and two show choirs, Company of Singers and TestosterTones, while also teaching private voice for 42 years and serving as vocal director of the Minnesota 4-H State Arts-In Show Choir. Under his direction, Totino-Grace show choirs achieved significant success, earning three national titles and one international title, and in 2019 Company of Singers was the host and featured ensemble at the Heart of America National Show Choir Competition in Nashville. Terry has served as the Midwest Region ACDA Show Choir Repertoire Chair and on the Minnesota State ACDA Board, published articles in choral journals, and presented sessions at state conventions, and he continues to serve as a clinician and adjudicator throughout the country. He was awarded the National LaSallian Service Award in 2019 and remains active as a musician and mentor in the choral and show choir community.
Tara Tober Barcón
Choreography Clinician
Tara Tober received her BA in Dance with a concentration in Jazz from the Point Park University Conservatory of Performing Arts. She is a nationally recognized show choir choreographer, clinician, and competition adjudicator whose innovative work over the past 20 years has shaped high school and college performing ensembles across 14 states, consistently earning recognition in show design and choreography categories. Tara has a broad and well-rounded training, having studied ballet, modern, tap, hip hop, jazz, and international dance under leading master teachers throughout the United States and abroad. She spent four years training and performing in Chicago as a principal dancer with the Dunco Funk Hip Hop Dance Company and held internships with the Gus Giordano Dance Company and the Lou Conte Dance Studio, host of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago. In addition to her show choir work, she has owned and operated a dance studio, taught at numerous studios, served as an adjunct faculty member at Kent State University, and continues to travel nationally designing staging, adjudicating, and mentoring performers with a focus on strong technique, authentic style, and impactful storytelling.


Tom Gerking
Vocal Clinician
Tom Gerking is in his 36th year of teaching vocal music, with the first 33 years spent at Westwood Community School in Sloan, Iowa, where he led the 6–12 vocal music program and directed the high school choir, junior high choir, and general music, as well as three show choirs: Rebelaires, Voices in Motion, and 6th Dimension. Under his leadership, Westwood singers participated in the Iowa All-State Chorus, All-State Show Choir, Opus Honor Choir, Solo/Ensemble Contest, fall musicals, and the Renaissance Madrigal Feast. He is currently in his third year as vocal music director at Westside Middle School in Omaha, Nebraska, where he leads over 350 singers in grades 7 and 8 and directs the 8th Grade Mixed Chorus, 7th Grade Chorus, 8th Grade Select Choir, Westside Connection Show Choir, and Treble Express Show Choir, while also serving on the fall musical directing team. Students under his direction have participated in the Midwest ACDA Honor Choir and the NMEA Middle Level All-State Choir, and he is proud to have founded a Unified Music Program at Westside Middle School, continuing his commitment to inclusive, high-quality music education and show choir excellence.
Anne Chapman
Choreography Clinician
Anne Chapman is a freelance choreographer based in Fort Madison, Iowa and a proud graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Elementary Education. For over 25 years, she has been deeply connected to the show choir community, choreographing for ensembles of all levels and helping programs develop dynamic, effective performance design. Beyond show choir, Anne has coached award-winning dance teams, including state champions, and taught dancers in studio settings, bringing a strong foundation in technique, musicality, and storytelling to her work. Her talents have taken her across the country as an adjudicator and guest choreographer for camps, festivals, and all-state events, where she is recognized for her creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Through her choreography and mentorship, Anne continues to inspire performers and educators with engaging, high-impact movement and a passion for performance education.


Seth Durbin
Masterclass & Session Clinician
Seth Durbin is a director, music director, educator, and pianist based in the greater Orlando area. Seth earned his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Elmhurst College in the Spring of 2015 and spent nine years on faculty at Waubonsie Valley High School, where he directed a wide range of choral ensembles and academic courses, including Sound Check (the school’s top mixed show choir), Varsity Chamber Choir, Mosaic (a 100-member gospel and multicultural choir), Mosaic Ensemble, and multiple bass and treble ensembles, while also teaching AP Music Theory and co-music directing the school’s Spring Music and Homecoming Variety Show. His work centered on vocal excellence, collaboration, and storytelling within large-scale and competitive show choir settings. Beyond his work at Waubonsie Valley, Seth remained actively involved in community theatre as a music director and served as a Teaching Artist with Paramount Theatre’s School of the Arts. In the fall of 2024, Seth relocated to Central Florida, where he currently teaches private piano and voice lessons and works as a show director and music director for projects with LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Dr. Phillips Center’s Education Program, Osceola Arts, and Theatre South Playhouse, with recent credits including Beetlejuice, Jr., Chicago the Musical, and Alice By Heart.
Scott Rains
Masterclass & Session Clinician
Scott Rains earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Music Education from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. In 1985, Mr. Rains started a new choral program for Albertville City Schools in Albertville, Alabama, and during his 29-year tenure the program grew to include three competitive show choirs and multiple vocal ensembles involving more than 300 students in grades 7–12. Under his direction, Albertville CenterStage! earned numerous state and regional titles and was honored as the featured show choir at the Southeastern Division ACDA Conference in Jacksonville, Florida. Following his work in Alabama, Mr. Rains served as Director of Choral Music for Tift County Schools in Tifton, Georgia, where he oversaw music education in grades 6–12 and directed the Tift County High School Concert Choir and the Ladies’ Choice and Eighth Street Singing Company show choirs until his retirement in 2024. He is an active member of the Georgia Music Educators’ Association and the National Association for Music Education and has served as the Alabama ACDA Show Choir Standards and Repertoire Chair, leaving a lasting impact on competitive show choir education and student musicians across the Southeast.


Brock Keiper
Masterclass & Session Clinician
Brock Keiper is a freelance music arranger and educator in the suburbs of Chicago and earned his Music Education degree from Elmhurst College. Currently, Brock is the owner and Arranger of BMK Arrangements and works as a competition adjudicator and guest clinician with show choir combos throughout the Midwest. Over the last 20 years, Brock has taught both vocal and instrumental music, serving as the show choir combo director and arranger at Naperville North High School, the Staff Arranger and Instrumental Director for Kids Inc. and City Starz, two Springfield, Illinois-based community show choir organizations, as well as Assistant Show Choir Director at the School of Performing Arts in Naperville, Illinois, and as part of a study abroad education program in Jamaica where he taught music to students from elementary through college level. As an arranger, Brock has written show choir charts for more than two hundred show choirs across the country, including many of the top-placing groups in the mixed, prep, unisex, and junior high divisions, as well as the collegiate community, and has also arranged for many community and professional adult choirs throughout the United States and Europe. Brock was the recipient of the Best Arranger Aspire Award at the 2016 and 2017 Fame National Show Choir Finals.
Kevin Duggan
Masterclass & Session Clinician
Kevin Duggan is a freelance music composer, arranger, and clinician based in Onalaska, Wisconsin. From 2013–2022, Duggan directed award-winning show choirs and bands at Mazzuchelli Catholic Middle School and Wahlert Catholic High School in Dubuque, Iowa, and from 2023–2024, he directed “Legacy,” the show band for “Midwest Express” in Holmen, Wisconsin. He began writing and arranging music in 2010, and his first original a cappella choral work, O Redemptor, was published in 2013 following its premiere by the Loras College Chamber Choir in Dubuque, Iowa. Duggan has since published and arranged numerous titles for a wide variety of musicians and performers through Alliance Publications, Inc. and Duggan Arrangements LLC, and spends much of his time arranging music for show choirs across the United States. Over the years, he has studied under esteemed vocal and choral educators including Dr. Lonny Bond and Valerie Oyen of Belmont University and Dr. Bruce Kotowich and Sandy Eichel of Loras College, with countless other teachers and mentors shaping his work as a musician and composer.
