🎓 For Educators

The Florida Show Choir Intensive isn’t just for students — it’s for the educators who inspire them every day.

Hosted in the heart of Orlando, this event welcomes educators from across the Southeast to connect, collaborate, and grow together in a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates show choir at its best.

🔹 Teacher-Only Workshops
Learn directly from nationally award-winning directors, choreographers, and collegiate professionals who share your same passion and challenges. Discover practical tools for improving vocal technique, choreography cleaning, show design, leadership building, and more — all tailored to real classroom realities.

🔹 Observe, Apply & Perform
Get inspired by student rehearsals, collaborate with other educators, and even step into the spotlight by performing yourself. FSCI combines learning and performing in a way that’s both professional and genuinely fun.

🔹 Recharge & Reconnect
This isn’t just professional development — it’s a creative reset. Share ideas, laughter, and experiences that remind you why you started doing this in the first place.

How to Save Money at FSCI 2026

1. Share a Room — Split the Cost!
Our host hotel offers 2 Queen Beds for $111/night (plus tax).

  • 4 people per room: only $27.75 per person, per night

  • 3 people per room: only $37.00 per person, per night

  • 2 people per room: only $55.50 per person, per night
That’s $166.50–$333 total for your entire stay — an unbeatable rate for a full resort property near Disney!

2. Bring Your Own Breakfast (and Save!)
The optional breakfast buffet is $18 per person, but every room includes a mini-fridge, and a microwave is available in the lobby.
You’re welcome to bring your own easy breakfast items — cereal, fruit, oatmeal cups, granola bars, or breakfast sandwiches — especially if you prefer something to-go or a later start.

We’ll also have snacks and drinks available in the conference/rehearsal lobby throughout the day at very reasonable prices, so you don’t need to spend extra at vending machines or restaurants between sessions.

3. Free Registration for Teachers
Educators who bring 12 or more students get their registration completely free — a major savings and a great incentive to build your group!

4. Group Transportation
Many schools and booster programs find it’s cheaper to book a charter bus or van together rather than multiple smaller vehicles. Coordinating transportation as a group can often cut travel costs in half. Plus, everyone can chip in for gas money!

5. Fundraising Opportunities
Encourage students to offset their costs through fundraising!
Ideas include:

  • Selling FSCI “Send Me to Camp” merch or custom T-shirts

  • Hosting a karaoke night or bake sale

  • Partnering with local businesses for sponsorships to send kids to camp

6. Early-Bird Registration
We have tiered pricing; attendees who register early lock in the lowest rate!

7. Optional Meal Flexibility
Lunch and dinner are not required through the hotel, meaning attendees can bring their own, walk or drive to nearby restaurants, or share meals to save.
